5. Responsibilities of Listed Businesses

Businesses and their representatives are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

A listed business is solely responsible for:

• Its services, prices, estimates, and availability.
• Required licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, and insurance.
• Employee and contractor qualifications.
• Taxes and legal obligations.
• Customer communications and agreements.
• Service quality, warranties, refunds, cancellations, and disputes.
• Compliance with consumer protection, advertising, employment, safety, and other applicable laws.

Businesses must promptly update information that is no longer accurate.

HomeProsly may edit formatting, correct obvious errors, request verification, reject submissions, remove prohibited content, or suspend listings that appear inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, duplicated, inactive, or unlawful.

6. Claiming or Correcting a Listing

A business owner or authorized representative may request to claim, update, correct, or remove a listing.

We may request reasonable evidence of identity, ownership, employment, authorization, or control of the business before approving a request.

HomeProsly is not required to transfer control of a listing when ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

7. Quote Requests and Communications

When you contact a business through HomeProsly:

• The business is responsible for responding to you.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant HomeProsly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content for operating and marketing HomeProsly.

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.

HomeProsly may change prices or discontinue paid features, but changes will not apply retroactively to a completed purchase unless required by law.
